Why later
Sequencing is a decision, not a delay
Launching three operating companies at once looks ambitious on a slide and drains cash in reality. We chose to earn our way into this one instead.
Freight and Staffing run first. Property Services opens once the company is profitable, and property franchise territories follow after that. Nobody gets sold a territory in a business we haven't run ourselves.
