- The weather was forecast. Dispatch saw it but didn't call the receiver until the truck had already stopped.
- Changed
- Dispatch calls the receiver when the forecast turns, not when the delay does. You hear about it before your dock does.

Company-run first, territories later
We run freight ourselves first, staffed with veterans, until the operating standard is proven and repeatable. That's deliberate: you can't franchise a standard you haven't run.
Once it's proven, freight opens to territory operators, and the first people offered those territories will be the drivers and dispatchers already inside the company. That's the Pathway working as designed.
