A studio with two jobs: develop and win federal contracts under the FIGHTS ON name, and take partner positions in service-disabled veteran-owned businesses that have the past performance but not the capture capacity.
Direct bidding
Our own capture pipeline, bidding federal work in the areas we actually operate: logistics, facilities, staffing, and support services. Our own contracts and our own performance record.
Partner positions
Non-controlling minority stakes in SDVOSB firms with strong delivery and thin business development. We bring capture tooling, proposal capacity, and back-office weight. The veteran owners keep control of their company.
The tooling
AI where it earns its place
Capture is a search-and-synthesis problem: opportunity screening, breaking down requirements, matching past performance, and the first draft of a proposal. We're building our own tools for that work, to use across the studio and our partner firms.
It's an internal capability today. If it gets good enough to sell, it becomes its own company — the same way everything else here gets built.
